Wayne, a New Orleans native and attorney by education, has pursued parking operations his entire career. In addition to parking, he oversees real estate and hospitality investments. Wayne is a hands-on operator and delivers results for the company and its clients.
David Ducote
Chairman
David has years of experience in accounting, investment banking, and corporate finance. David is a board member of the Tulane University Freeman School of Business and Iberia Bank, and is also a member of the Louisiana and Houston Chapters of Young Presidents Organization, the Urban Land Institute, and the Cato Institute.
Yolande Bernard
Chief Financial Officer
Yolande is responsible for all financial and tax reporting for Park First and has been with the company for 20 years. Yolande holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and is a certified public accountant.
Bobby Stewart
President
Bobby has more than 40 years of experience in the parking industry. He has overseen parking operations for more than hundreds of parking facilities across the nation over the course of his career.
David Buchanan
Senior Vice President
David oversees operations for all Park First-owned assets, including key parking locations in Alabama and Louisiana. He has been in the parking industry since 1998.
Ron King
Controller
Ron handles monthly client management statements and all related reconciliations. He also assists with budgeting and forecasting. Ron has been in the parking industry since 1995.
George Moreno
General Manager
George manages Park First operations in Houston, assists clients, and conducts monthly report meetings. He also helps with annual budgeting and marketing for Park First. He’s been with the company since 1998.
